Desde \u00e9stos se accede a los espacios de oficina, que pueden distribuirse como se desee, seg\u00fan una modulaci\u00f3n a fachada trasera noroeste de 1,2 metros.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del edificio permite igualmente su ampliaci\u00f3n futura, por la adici\u00f3n de otro edificio anexo de similares caracter\u00edsticas en prolongaci\u00f3n de los corredores.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio se dise\u00f1a teniendo en cuenta los principios b\u00e1sicos de la bioclim\u00e1tica, especialmente en cuanto a los niveles de aislamiento y en cuanto a las protecciones solares seg\u00fan sus orientaciones. Cabe esperar gracias a esto que el consumo de energ\u00eda y los costes de explotaci\u00f3n resulten reducidos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=\u00bbDistribuci\u00f3n\u00bb open_toggle_background_color=\u00bb#ffffff\u00bb closed_toggle_background_color=\u00bb#ffffff\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb title_font=\u00bb|700|||||||\u00bb border_width_all=\u00bb0px\u00bb border_color_all=\u00bb#ffffff\u00bb border_width_left=\u00bb4px\u00bb border_color_left=\u00bb#FE4848&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n interior que se proyecta, que se organiza en planta baja y planta alta, responde al programa facilitado por MADE Tecnolog\u00edas Renovables S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Funcionalmente el edificio consta de tres zonas diferenciadas seg\u00fan el mismo esquema en ambas plantas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la zona central, donde se encuentra el acceso principal, la recepci\u00f3n, la escalera, el ascensor, los aseos y la zona de descanso.
